Tips to Stay Healthy and Cancer free

Did you know that your entire body system requires healthy life in order to remain healthy? Today, many people focus their life on things that seems to be detrimental to their health.
Today’s articles explained 4 essential activities you need, to maintain good health which also lowers your chances of getting heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, etc. 

1.    Maintain a balance Weight: Over weighting, your body exposes you to many diseases you could prevent if you keep your body weight in check. The kind of food you eat can contribute to your overweight. Just before you are aware of it, your body becomes obese. You can keep weighing machine in your home for checking your weight on a regular basis.  This will help you maintain perfect weight balance:

         Tips to keep weight balance:
    Participate in physical movement activities each day
    Eat a healthy and balanced diet
    Eat more protein than carbohydrate
    Avoid excessive fats
    Eat more fruits, whole grains, Vegetables etc.

2.    Avoid Smoking at all cost: Advert shows that smoking is injurious to health, but tobacco companies still promote smoking by producing them. We know it’s very hard to stop it, especially when one is addicted to it. But there is a way out friends!

        Tips to stop smoking:
    Make a list of other hobbies your love doing
    Drop your smoking money on a container each day
    Discuss with your friends
    Never give up when you get tempted
    Eat your best food or drink when tempted to smoke.

3.    Regular Exercise really works: We eat every day and so we need to exercise every day. If we don’t exercise daily. The food we eat will accumulate and increase fat in our body. Well, it is difficult to create time for exercise due to our busy work schedules.

            Tips to regular exercise:
    Create at least 30mins to an hour to exercise each day
    Choose your convenient time, anytime in the day
    Play music to enjoy your exercise
    Exercise with your kids, parents or fiends to make the exercise fun
    You can ride bicycle if you are fun of that 
    Avoid soft drinks
    Avoid junk foods     
    Drink at least 3 liters of water each day

4.    Regular body Screening:  Prevention is better than cure. Through regular body screening, you could discover any health issues you need to treat on time. For example, cancer, when discovered earlier, can be cured.

 In addition, many other important screening tests can be done regularly to ensure good and healthy body system.  According to statistics, a greater member of people dies as a result of not aware of their illness until the disease overwhelm them. Therefore run a test at least once in 6 months to keep you aware of your health condition.
