6 WAYS TO CHOOSE THE BEST PHARMACY

Pharmacy stores are in every corner. Maybe confusing for you to make a decision on which store to go to. On the point being knocked down by illness, probably you have to visit any pharmacy at that point whether good or bad. It is better to make that decision in advance. We have discussed how you can select the best pharmacy below the paragraph:

1.    Registered pharmacy: In every country, there is always an organization seeks to regulate and control the importation, exportation, manufacture, advertisement, distribution, sale and use of regulated products. For example, NAFDAC in Nigeria, HIPAA in the USA . Each country has their organization. Make sure that the pharmacy you choose to buy your prescriptions is qualified, certified and follow the guidelines of the organization. Unregistered ones may have fake products

2.    Store availability/ location:  Select a good pharmacy store that is always available 24 hours.  How to you make this decision? First, make sure the store is close to you, either to your house or place of work. Secondly, consider the hours they are opened. Some pharmacy  are opened for 24 hours while some do not. Look for a good store that available 24 hours. The pharmacy should be the type you can always rely on to get what you need.

3.    Insurance policy: looks for a pharmacy that accepts different insurance policies. Sometimes, you may want to switch on to another insurance plan but if the company accept a lot of insurance policies, it will be easier for you to adjust. Insurance plans change regularly so if your pharmacy accepts almost all insurance plans you may not need to worry about changing pharmacies if your insurance plans change.

4.    Friendly and Personal Service: some pharmacy stores offer free health services to their customers such as insurance services, home delivery, and health education and other free services. A pharmacy that can give you answers to your health questions without going to the doctors for help is a good one.

5.    Large Inventory: The pharmacy that you choose should always have enough inventory in stock so that you can always get all you need at all time. Be aware that smaller inventory pharmacies can disappoint you sometimes when you need medication because they won’t always have all the stock. But selecting a large inventory will enable you to get all you need and as fast as possible without delay.

6.    Prescriptions cost: you should check out the prescription cost of the drugs of the pharmacy you want to select.  Some pharmacies sell at an affordable price. Some pharmacies sell in a highly expensive price even at the same quality. Highly expensive drugs, especially for those who have chronic illness or long term sickness that require constant purchase of drugs, will be a problem in the long run. Affordable pharmacy with a high-quality product is the best. If any pharmacy meets the above points, it's suitable for you.
