The cause the joint pain is mostly due to osteoarthritis. So, you should eat plenty of foods like onion, shallots, garlic. Addition, Eat much beef, spinach, fresh fish and dried fruits. The use these foods will supply you the necessary nutrients your body needs

4.   Drowsiness: When you start getting tired despite the fact that you have sufficient 
sleep. It is a symptom of lack of deficient of proteins in your body. That means you need proteins in your body and vitamin B12. This is the most obvious sign that prove your health is declining and need an assistance

How to solve this problem?
Take 2 to 3 glasses of skim milk, Eat about 100g meat every day. In addition, you can add 500-1,000mg of vitamin B12. And foods nutrients that are rich in vitamin B12 such as fish, beef, clams, prawns, pork, chicken.  To maintain a healthy body. Try the above methods.
